Focused on delivering accurate reports in a faster turnaround time, we upgraded our hardware so we could stay ahead of Recon’s growth.

 

During this update to new servers, we mistakenly loaded last month’s data instead of the newest results. No doubt, this causes you a terrible inconvenience, and we don’t take it lightly. We sincerely apologize for our mistake and want to make it right.

 

We understand that it’s your name on the line with clients. You relied on us to deliver, and we let you down.  While it is not perfect, there is a suggestion that might help until we can deliver the corrected reports (and we will).

 

If you tracked specific keywords in a Keyword Ranking Report, the weekly tracking results were unaffected. They continue to update as planned, and you can share those results with your clients via the Live Ranking’s URL.

 

 

Further, you will find that we have updated your account with an extra month’s worth of credits, and we stopped the clock so that those credits never expire. 

 

There was zero hesitation in deciding that we need to fix this June release while working on July’s updates, too. It could delay next month’s release slightly. However, leaving even one month marred would muddy your historic trends and cumulative results in future reports. We will not compromise the SEO competitive insights you present to your clients each month. Thank you for your patience while we correct the results.

 

Originally planned for this past week, we expect to have this update to you in approximately 3 weeks. As usual, you will be notified by email when reports are ready.

 

Originally planned for the first week of July, we expect to have this rolled out approximately 1 week later than expected.
